Free parking is available on Broadway and local side streets as well as in the nearby public parking garage a few minutes away. Complimentary parking for vehicles displaying a handicap tag or license plate is available adjacent to the rear entrance of the restaurant on Washington Street.

The Adelphi Hotel is pleased to announce the upcoming renovation of their Modern American Steakhouse, Salt & Char!
Commencement date will be February 1, 2021 with a reopening planned for Spring 2021.
Since opening in 2016, Salt & Char’s success has resulted from consistently delivering world class cuisine that
meets and exceeds guest expectations as featured on Bobby Flay’s “Best Thing I Ever Ate”.
“Our goal is to provide our guests with an elevated culinary experience, outstanding service and a welcoming ambiance.
The redesign will start the next chapter for Salt & Char”, shared owner Larry Roth.
