The Adelphi Hotel is pleased to announce the upcoming renovation of their Modern American Steakhouse, Salt & Char!
Commencement date will be February 1, 2021 with a reopening planned for Spring 2021.
Since opening in 2016, Salt & Char’s success has resulted from consistently delivering world class cuisine that
meets and exceeds guest expectations as featured on Bobby Flay’s “Best Thing I Ever Ate”.
“Our goal is to provide our guests with an elevated culinary experience, outstanding service and a welcoming ambiance.
The redesign will start the next chapter for Salt & Char”, shared owner Larry Roth.
Salt & Char signature dishes will be featured on The Morrisseys Lounge & Bistro Menu at The Adelphi Hotel for our guests
continued enjoyment during the renovation closure.
Culinary Director Chef David Burke added “we are excited about reopening this Spring with our new design and in the
meantime will be offering a “pop-up menu” of our patented dry aged steaks and other select menu items at the recently expanded
Morrisseys Lounge & Bistro during the closure”.
